At the request of many Scandinavian-travelers: elk jerky! (Moose in Northern America.)
Unique taste, unlike anything else but fortunately very tasty, packed with proteins and very exclusive: moose meat is delicious.
Entire populations in northern countries grow up with this meat and when I camped (on a ranch) in Canada I ate moose for breakfast, lunch, in the lasagna and on bread and it was surprisingly tasty every time.
Now as a jerky in my assortment.

The Wild jerky's are among my organic products. This meat comes from animals that have spent their entire lives in the forests of Estonia. To preserve the original wild taste as much as possible, the meat is not marinated but only slightly seasoned.
The wild each jerky comes without any artificial additives regarding taste, appearance or shelf life.
The Wild series has a drying factor of almost 3.5:1 (Indiana jerky is approx. 2.5:1), so you should eat it at a leisurely pace. This is real gourmet jerky.
